Went all the way to House & Home Sandton City to purchase a fridge on promotion which had been advertised. This being only the second day of the promotion one would expect that they would have of this item which had been advertised. I was advised that they do not have stock and would need to order stock from their warehouse which would take a few days. I was most dissapointed that after having driven a significant distance to obtrain the product. After enquiring, the salesman was not agreeable to provide me with a similar product at the same price, nor willing to make any special arrangement for delivery. Poor service from House & Home. Far easier to get the same product from any of their other competitors.
