I received my statement, and I am still not happy, and I still have charges I should not have to pay for.

No reverse on an order I cancelled. My account was mysteriously changed to a 12 month plan, and I incurred interest charges.

I emailed and phoned and went in store, and was assured several times that it had been corrected. It had not. I then told Edgars staff I would not / could not pay until my account was sorted out, as the amount due was inflated due to all the errors. I was told it would be sorted and then i could pay (the system was down). I waited before paying for EDGARS to sort it out, even after spending money on phone calls and petrol and a LONG time in a queue.

I refuse to pay a LATE CHARGE ASSESSMENT 103.99 AND INTEREST charges because the mess up and delays were on your side.

I have always kept my account up to date and mostly pay more than is due! Except in this instance where the amount due was inflated and I had to wait for it to be corrected.
This has been handled terribly! I tried to correct your error immediately but received no joy, and now I am being penalised.
