Emove me form database

I have asked several times for you to remove me from the database

I do not want any promotions or points etc

Thabo phoned me today and said he can not remove me as i have points in my account??

I told him that i do not care at which he responed there is nothing he can do as this is how the system is set up???

I want to be removed today!
It is my consumer right
make a plan!
