I noticed 4 months ago that edgars has been deducting ota airtime for cell c on my account, after the first deduction i went to the Canal Walk store and they told me they will resolve is the next month the deduction took place again i then asked them what is going on cant they do their job the manager called the call centre as this request could not be done in store, she then said it will take 48 hours for them to remove it, a month later the deduction took place again, this is frustrating because its now 5 months, and i they are still deducting this R66 a month and the funny thing is that the number they are loading the airtime to is the one that was previously on my account and that number has been canceled for over a year now so do you guys just decide you know what i will load airtime to this number on this account and charge the customer this is ridiculous, i want it removed and credited back for the 5 months worth of deductions that has been taken off.
