CAN NOT TAKE THE CALL RIGHT NOW

Every month I get a call (reminder) that I must pay my account.
I pay my account via EFT.

Today I had a bright spark calling me. I told her I CAN NOT TAKE THE CALL RIGHT NOW AS I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY CELL DURING OFFICE HOURS (AT WORK) ONLY IN EMERGENCIES.
She dares tell me that for every time they phone me they will charge me R 16.00

Edgars last month and the month before I told the bright sparks to ONLY PHONE ME BETWEEN 12H00-13H00 OR AFTER HOURS.
I am not happy about your calling fee.

PLEASE MAKE A NOTE NOT TO PHONE ME AGAIN...
