DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM FURNITURE CITY!!

IN JULY 12 WE FURNISHED OUR WHOLE APARTMENT FROM FURNITURE CITY (YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT THIS AMOUNTED TO). WITHIN TWO MONTHS OUR NEW "TURN FREE' BED STARTED SQUEEKING AND SPRINGS CAME LOSE LEAVING YOU WITH A TERRIBLE NIGHTS SLEEP.JANUARY WE COULD NOT TAKE IT ANYMORE, I TOOK AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON ALL THE GOODS I CALLED THE MENLYN BRANCH FOR ASSISTANCE THREE AGENTS LATER IT IS NOW MARCH!! AND STILL THIS PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED, IF WE DONT CONSTANTLY CALL THEM FOR FEEDBACK WE GET NONE! FIRST THE FACTORY HAS TO SEND AND AGENT OUT TO SEE IF ITS FACTORY FAULT (NEVER HAPPEND) THEN THAT BED WAS DISCONTINUED AND WE CAN GO CHOOSE A NEW BED FOR THE SAME WORTH AND THEY WILL ARRANGE FOR DELIVERY (NEVER HAPPENED!) AFTER WEEKS WE CALLED YET AGAIN AND WERE TOLD THAT NOW WE HAVE TO FIRST CHECK IF ITS NOT THE BASE THAT IS BROKEN (AS THOUGH I CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SPRINGY BED AND BROKEN BASE) IT ALL SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO DELAY THE MATTER. WE HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT BUT ITS RUNNING EXTREMLY THIN AND I AM HONESTLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPOINTED.THEY WHERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WHEN WE WHERE BUYING FROM THEM AN NOW MY COMPLAINT HAS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS! WHAT AM I TO DO?
