At about 15h45 i received a call from bulelwa from edgars head office informing me that my account has been used to buy goods to the value of R4100 and asked to go to the nearest edgars and report it. what suprises me is that why was i not called before the transaction was authorised and i was only called afterwards. bulelwa from edgars who was calling from a private number and no referrance number was given. when i got to fourways edgars, which is 10 min away from my work, where i was at the time of the incident, i was told by nakedi and her colleague that, there were other two suspects who were arrested yesterday and apparantly theres someone who is inside the head office and information doing theses evil deeds. as i was driving from edgars to my work, got a call from a guy calling again from edgars, with a private number, asking me to verify my ID and place where i was at the time, which i did. he said they got message to unblock my card, and the person has been captured and he said he will call me back, which i am still waiting. i am very dissapointed in edgars and its systems and i was thinking of keeping this account for a very long time, but i am definately cancellin
