I have my edgars account for over 20 years. my account has always been paid. i am going through a bad financial time but i am still paying my Edgars account every month. about 5 months ago i made arrangements that i can pay R150.00 at the end of every month and i do pay. but they still phone me every month and they are harassing me for payment. i spoke about a month a go to a super visor at the call centre and she informed me that it is on the system not to phone me but only the supervisors and managers can see that. they are not doing the calls surely the call centre staff should also see it. today i got a phone call today is the 13 of august for a payment . who gets paid on the 13th of the month. really it must come to a stop. i think i owe Edgars about R700. its so frustrating hope it can come to a STOP.
