No aftersale service at Zara Sandton City

I was given a black shift dress as a birthday gift. I tried it on but it did not fit. I still had the slip and I asked to exchange it for something else of the same value. The supervisor scrutinized the black dress and told me it was dirty and i could not return it. All i had done was try it on once, the slip was intact.

I can honestly say that other than trying the dress on, it has never been worn, i returned it in the same condition i bought it.
