NOT HAPPY WITH RETURNS POLICY

I bought a dress from Zara in Sandton without trying it on. I then went to return it to the store in tact but had unfortunately lost the slip. They refused to change it for me without a slip. I didnt want my money back I was going to change it for something else or take a credit note. The lady at the cash desk told me they dont change anything without a slip which I find unacceptable. They dont tell you when you paying for something to keep the slip. So annoyed. I wont be buying from Zara in a hurry again.
