MILK EXPIRED A WEEK EARLY

I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

COMPLAINT #1: I bought a 3 Litre FairCape Milk 5 March 2013 from Shoprite (Sea Point), which has an expiry date 12 March 2013. The milk is off... This is the first incident because I bought Faircape instead of Darling. I AM SO NOT IMPRESSED. Now I have to go into the store first thing in the morning BEFORE I CAN HAVE COFFEE to complain to get the item EXCHANGED.

I await your response before I NEVER buy Faircape products again for fear of a repeat performance.

COMPLAINT #2: I bought 6 Cell C simcards from shoprite and asked the lady in front (Nosizwe) to RICA them. She told me she had RICA'ed all 6. This was a LIE. She had done only 3 of them. I hate liars.
