Be warned!
I got address as a gift bought from the space Clearwater mall. I had to keep it safe in case it needs to be returned before the 7 day no refund but exchange only policy expires. The dress was a bit big for me and we arranged to return it within the 7 days.
When returning it, my friend was told she cant exchange because the dress is worn, lost colour and smelt of soap. Firstly I did not wear the dress as I was hospitalised for 6 days. Secondly when I fitted the dress it actually smelt of perfume and that is expected because people fit dresses at the shop. Thirdly it was not washed.
In attempting to exchange it today for something else that will fit me the assistants refused to give her joy claiming that is not in the condition it was bought (quality???). I had to drag myself out of bed after undergoing a spine op since she left the dress at the shop. we engaged the ops and store managers over the phone since they work remotely, without any joy.
We were categorically told they believe their staff because they have " expert eyes" even though none of them were present. Customers mean nothing to them. We are are stuck with an over-sized dress.
