I received a dress as a gift, with the ticket, and with the slip feom Legit. Unfortunately the dress has a stain on it.
However, the manager GUGU, refuses to take the dress back, even though there is a stain on the dress. It was never worn, and bought around 29November. I was rudely turned away, with her accusing me of wearing the dress.
I would like to place on record that I do take offense at this accusation. The swing Ticket is intact!!! This was gift!!
Legit is part of Edgars brand, I would expect the same customer service. GUGU needs some tips on how to treat her customers. If we have a slip, and a swing ticket is attached as a customer, I would expect to be trusted, respected, and most of all not accused of wearing an unworn item!!
