I have received the WORST customer care EVER!!! (actually no customer care at all)
I purchased a (3 pc Seville) Grafton Everest lounge suite on 24/11/2010 as I was under the impression that Grafton Everest was one of the best. (I now know better)
I now have a three-seater couch where the middle seat cushion has moved out of proportion to the framework - has completely shifted.
It has been collected from me and taken for repairs - just to be told that I am now liable for the transportation costs as well as repairs. I have spoken directly to the person responsible for the repairs and she has confirmed that this is a MANUFACTURING ERROR - THEN HOW ON EARTH CAN I BE LIABLE???
I am taking this further - consumer commission here we come
