DON'T LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISE!!!

I visited Grafton Everest's warehouse & selected a lounge suite from Longdale branch on the 27/8/2013. Lebo provided the quote stating delivery in 8 weeks. I proceeded to place an order @ a retailer on their list on 31/8/2013. The order also states delivery in 8 weeks. On the 16/10/2013 I received a call from Donovan Lindique just to inform me that I can expect my lounge suite only in middle November. I tried to mail the MD Tony Ash and was told he is not available. I then had the displeasure of speaking to his PA Penny who has no idea how to speak/treat an unhappy customer. She interupts and doesn't give you a chance to speak! However, she promised that I will have my lounge suit at the end of the month, and that I must follow up with the retailer on the 28/10/2013. I duly did my part and was informed by the retailer that my lounge suite will only be brought up from Durban on the 31st. I phoned Penny again she was everything but helpful:( Again she interupted me and said that my lounge suite was ready but rejected by the quality controller. I should in any event take my complaint up with Lebo and not her!!! Well, here I am without anything to sit on the 2/11/2013:(:(:(
