I purchased a Grafton Everest through Furniture City about 2 and a half years ago and I already have to get rid of it as the quality is extremely poor. Within the first year the frame broke and they repaired it but every since we have had it the sides have been floppy and the stitching is starting to pull away. alli get told is its out of guarantee, but surely you should make something to last longer than 5 years.
Why should a person have to go through this and lose all this money due to manufactures poor quality.
