Goodday, I purchased a Grafton Everest lounge set in October 2012 and I called the Furniture City to say that i'm not happy with the quality of the set, its just over 1 year old. On the 3 seater there seems to be a dip in it, not sure if the frame work is not right! I was told that its out of warranty and that they dont send out anyone to check the set, I paid alot of money for the set and I think its wrong. I bought Grafton Everest because of its quality so I must say that I am not impressed!
