Made a refund request, submitted the request letter, bank statement and copy of my I'd more than 6 times and called 0114989336, 9250, 9671, 9344, 9336 to waste more than R300 overall on calls transferred from one person to the other, have submitted documents to overall 5 people because maria mosito is never available nor her senior aviwe nyweda. All I wanted to know is how long should I wait till I get my refund and does it mean that I should rather close the account because the people responsible do not correspond with me
