My lady that works for me was a Tupperware Representative - Rebecca Mahalangu - who recommended that I swap my old Cereal Containers for the new ones which was some five weeks ago and I am still waiting delivery. Every time I approach Rebecca she ways she has referred it to her Manager and the reply she get is that she is waiting for stock from the Head Office. Surely Cereal containers are always in stock and I feel that this is poor management by her Manager in Secunda. I would appreciate it if you approach Tupperware and get an answer as to why I have had to wait so long for a swap and why the Manager in Secunda is not interested in satisfying her Reps and customers.
