I purchased a box of Milo Cereal from Pick n Pay in Sunningdale because my children were excited to dig out the promotional Monsters University toy inside, only to discover that there was no toy inside! When I called Nestle's consumer line I spoke to Puni who was friendly and pleasant and competent. Today I received an apology letter and gifts for both of my boys' as compensation for the incident! I believe that Nestle and Puni have gone the extra mile to make it up to us. Thank you Nestle, we will continue using your products!
