My son and I went into Dis-chem on the 22nd February 2013 to go and top up on vitamins and personal hygiene supplies. When I asked a staff member where certain products were, she pointed and told me "down there". I went to the aisle she had so helpfully pointed out and could not find what I was looking for. I saw another assistant and I asked him to assist me. He was not sure where the items were but said he would find out. When he asked a colleague she once again said aisle 2 and walked away. I left the store frustrated and empty handed. Clearly Dis-chem don't need our business. I went to a pharmacy where I got the assistance I needed.
