Poor service and poor qaulity

I visit the Claremont branch on a daily basis & i find that more and more frequently this store is without stock of most of the advertised stock, the level of customer service provided is appauling. Earlier in the week i had filled in a rain check document (the staf that assisted with this was very unfriendly having their own conversation infront of me about what was for lunch while i stood there and waited) for cereal that was not in stock only to go in to the store today to find it on the shelf and still no feedback on my rain check. I purchased Macoroni & cheese, once back at the office to discover the is no macoroni in it?? Immediately I called the store & requested to speak to the manager, I explained the situation to a Gadija on the line whom advised me that the manager was running around like a headless chicken sorting out madiba festiveties but she would ask her to return my call, i called back 2hrs later to be told by nuraan that the manager is busy and i must wait, no offer of assistance or urgency provided to me in anyway - this is totally dusgusting for such a retailor to not have any sense of what customer service.. Things need to change very fast in this store.
