Lost a customer after many years

Hi for years i shopped @ checkers durban north even when it was an OK food grocer recently the store was down sized and made a convenient store. I now shop @ Virginia ever since the store opened there is never any stock i have spoken to the the store manager and assistant manager on many occasion. Today i went in for jumbo hake fillet no stock-i then carried on with my shopping at the biscuit section no Oreo biscuits looked for someone to help a lady checked the shelf sorry no stock then assistant manager checked for stock and told me to speak to the lady in front of the store for a rain check looked for the lady to help me front end controller came out of the office 5 minutes later only to be told the lady behind the cigarette counter will help me explained i wanted a rain check for the Oreo biscuit cannot give a rain check because it not an advertised item another lady came out of the office to help which was 15 minutes later all insisted could not give a rain check after and argument i was told you can stuff it i do not know what that meant. I then went to the advertising board @ the front of the store and showed them the advert left the store 25 min later fuming
