I bought a trouser from Truworths, worn it once and discovered that it had a material defect, took it to Truworths in Sunnypark Pretoria and was assisted by a lady call Lizzie Mpande, I think she is the store manager there. She was very helpful, polite and calm. When I went in there I wanted to be credited or refunded but her attitude was that of a professional person who knew what she was doing. She took my trouser in, explained all the processes to me, asked me if I would want the same trouser pending the out come of the assessment, she took one trouser and kept it aside for me with my name on it and off went the trouser I brought back sent to Cape Town. After 3 weeks, got a call that I can come take my new trouser that she kept for me, had she not kept that trouser aside I would not have found it, when I got to the shop that particular style was sold out. It was her professionalism and great customer satisfying attitude that kept me smilling. I wish every store had such a manager, she is the best. Keep up the good work Lizzy Mpande.
