I bought a polo trouser on 29/11/2013.then i wore it on 13/12/2013 on my way somewhere i realise just position under the zip the polo trouser was teased off, the was nothing I could do as I was on trip. Of which I return it on the 17/12/2013 to the shop. I spoke to the manage thru the phone she insist me to leave the item at the shop. Even today I didn't hear anything from her on polo themselves, hence she said polo are those who gonna take decision on my trouser.
