Efuse to exchange defect machandise

I visited the branch to exchange my son's trouser that I bought in Jan. This year in west gate mall. The lady called Rachel refused asking me for a proof of purchase, which I lost I asked her to check the purchase on the system and she advise me the can't track the transactions on the system.

This weekend I tried the branch in maponya mall, and the trouser was changed without any question asked, so now I'm confused about the inconsistent service that we are receiving from the ackemans shops, or maybe this is. A service we receive as township customers.

I regret taking credit with ur shop and end of tis month I will pay your account and close it.
