I bought a trouser at Truworths N1 city, the size was a 36 with a waist band of a 34. I took it back, the manager with a very unhelpful attitude compared it with the one of the other size 36. Clearly there was a difference and he suggested they must still send it to their head office. I also informed him I took it to a proffesional dress maker and she picked this up immediately. I got a call afterwards saying it was rejected and can take it up with complaints. I did so and to date had no response what so ever. Instead I just got a call from the branch to say i must collect the trouser. Is this the service a loyal customer who pays every month must get, I dont think its fair.
