On the 02/03/2013 I went to Shoprite Zola for some shopping. Did my shopping and paid. When I was about to go out the door the security guard (male) indicated with his head that I had to come to him show the slip for my purchases, I did as requested, but when then he decides to attend to the gentleman behind me. I found that to be rude and inconsiderate. Si I just went out the door. He calls me, asks me you said I must go out, I tell him that I cant wait for him to attend others that came after me. He starts being rude and acts up saying I shouldnt make myself better and so forth. I am a female and had my duaghter with me at that time, and I felt threatned by him and he made as if he was going to attack me. I really felf bad and my daughter was traumatised by the experience. I dont know what security company he works for but he is employed for Shoprite store. Im a customer and dont derserve to be treated the way he did. That experience is just teh icing on top of the 30 min wait in the queue to make payment. I would appreciate this matter being attended and would like feedback on it as I now feel threatned by that guy. How am I going to do my shopping? Customers deserve so much more
