Empty Promises to customers & BAD Customer service

Sphamandla (sales person) needs some serious training on customer service and to stop talking to customers. he is not suitable for the position. I went to purchase a 40inch LED and Sound System both SONY. he opened an account for me and it was approved on the second day. he called me while I was at work to come and pay for the deposit and told me that if I dont pay, the contract will be terminated. I made made sure that I get there before they close at 6pm on monday the 25th of Feb to pay that deposit (i knocked off at 4.30pm driving from sandton). he told me i have to also pay the TV licence which I also did the following day then he promised to deliver the good before wednesday. The stupid me was waiting for the delivery untill saturday when i gave him a call to ask maybe if their driver is still getting lost, he told me to come and collect for myself. i drove all the way there only to find out when i get to House and Home that my items were sold to another customer without notifying me. I had to cancel everything sunday (3rd of Feb) and ask for my money which I payed for deposit. ill take my money else where.
