Not a way to treat custome

Yesterday i was for my monthly shopping @ Pimville shoprite. this is the 2nd time i have had bad attitude from the security at the door. the first one i reported her to the manager and she was called in and given a verbal warning. yesterday on the other hand the security was very rude and i have never had someone speak to me in that manner that he did. i report him to the manager to. i was not happy how he was handle. i love shopping at shoprite and if i have to stop, i will cause i will not appreciate been disrespect.i know its company policies to ask for the slip at the door. and i sometimes feel like i'm been treated like a criminal.firstly the security did not greet me and did not ask to see the slip as normal. he said do you think you are special, that you just walk past me. at the time i was on my cell phone.i cut my call short. walk back to him and ask what did you say. he repeated it with attitude and said i'm making his job hard cause i think I'm educated. this will be the last time i shop there. cause of compound security. if shoprite does not do anything about this they will lose customers. take them 4 communication skills training or risk profits.
