After paying for my grocery the security guard at the exist ask for the slip when I gave him the plastic with the till slip, he ask me to take my grocery out of the plastic bags one by one so that he can check the till slip when I refuse since it the first in my life being ask such a thing, the guard then held my grocery when I went to the black female shoprite supervisor to report the matter she didn't even listen to my query is just told me to go the cigarette counter to get my refund if I don't wanna take my grocery out from plastics for the security guard. I will really appreciate if you can clarify if this is the new shoprite rule that costumers must take out the groceries out the plastic bags for securities.
