GAME has employed a bunch of clowns, their staff are rude and arrogant. I have purchased a TV in December, the TV is not working now, all I want is a new TV or my money back, but NO, I must wait a week without a product which I have paid for in full or if I want a refund I will get credited on my GAME card so I can use the money in store. I just want my money so I can take my business elsewhere because frankly GAME doesn't deserve my support.
I'm utterly disgusted with the Ladysmith store manager James, staff Eric and as for your customer call center, the lady on the is rude and just cuts the call, doesn't give a you a chance to talk. Come on GAME train your people on customer service it's pathetic and shameless.
