My Sister gave a Robertson Fish Spice and I had no use for it. So I decided to go to Game and swop it for something else. Game policy states if they stock it they swop it. I met Jayce Pillay and I told him Game policy, he bluntly replied "I don't care about Game Policy". I left speechless as a Manager who does not value Customers and believe in the store policy so why is there? Unless he is the CEO of Game to change store policy.
But thie biggest shock came next, without. Him checking if I put a sticker at the door, which I did, he said to the girl but looking at me " check if the item has a red sticker as we can't have have customers taking things from the shelves. So he actually implied I'm a rogue and I want to. In all my life I was never insulted and degraded like this.
Game has many competitors and all the items Game got can be found elsewhere so if Managers are Rude, don't value customers & doesn't understand importance of customer retention Then WHY Shop at Game? UNLESS U Like to be Insulted & Degraded.
