End October 2012, I purchased Toner, face wash and Day ware cream, and with it came a Day Ware gift along with some other items. The pack I bought lasted me until now and on opening my Day Ware gift yesterday when I needed it I was most disgusted!!! I e-mailed Edgars yesterday reporting this yet no one has come back to me. I sent them a pic of what i received compared to a pic they adviertise for this specific product. I've had an account since forever and I'm seriously considering closing my account because of this. This is not the kind of service i expect from a well know Edgars Store. I can expect this from cheap products or cheap cosmetic stores but not Edgars. I am totally shocked at this experience I've now had. I am extremely busy and do not have time to deal with their error I WANT THIS MATTER RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY AS I AM A MOST UNHAPPY CLIENT. what I received looks shocking because this is not what you they advertise, which might I add is not a cheap product). The product is meant to be an off white (and full) yet the one i received is a dark luminous green and isn't even a 1/6 full. Also i had to get a product for the rash it gave me. i assumed the product changed.
