NOT GIVEN MONEY WORTH BASED ON CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE

I went to have a nice time at the bowling alley in monte casino with my boyfriend. we booked in advance to secure a lane and came back on time as requested by the person who does the bookings. We arrived and paid in which we started playing a game of bowling. I then was halfway through my game and a customer in the next lane who was being foolish trying to make fun with his friends rolled his ball into my lane which caused our game to freeze/stop and we called for help which took forever, they then closed our game off as if we were done and pulled some silly stats from knows where and printed it and said we were on our last roll. This was not true so i argued with the manager who refused to refund or give me another game, the guy who rolled the ball apologized and told the manager i was not finished my game but still she was a rude pathetic manager and closed my game, i told her i would take it further but she refused to do anything about it. I am disgusted by such pety that goes on and require either a refund or my game back as i am not interested in paying for something i never get my full worth off. PATHETIC BAD ATTITUDE WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE
