I was shopping in Menlyn Game. After a while (I was busy consulting the sales person regarding the advantages of a vacuum cleaner) I realised my handbag was missing. My handbag contained my purse with my driver's licence and all bank cards and retail store cards, as well as money, prescription medication, my cellphone and worst my car keys. I immediately went to the Info Desk to which I was directed and asked for assistance. Not only was I initially ignored but no one offered any support - there was no announcement over the intercom (obviously not to scare other clients), the security at the door was not requested to look out for my bad, and, worst of all, THERE WERE NO CAMERAS IN GAME!!! It blows my mind how such a big retail store does not have the basic security systems in place to protect there clients. I have never dealt with such incompetency and lack of customer support. A shopping experience turned out in a 4-hour SAPD claim lodgment, R1500 car key replacement, R5000 cellphone replacement, as well as a security door replacement to get access to my house, together with other lost items. Shame on you Game, be assured that you won't get any support from me EVER again.
