My wallet was while i was doing shopping at Checkers on Saturday, The person grabbed it from my handbag. I reported this matter to the security, the security called another security to assist but the called security didn't assist as he told me that the cameras were not working blablabla. I went to the customer services to report this matter as i was not satisfied with that, Customer services still called securities to assist, and i got another type of explanation that cameras dead on friday so they cannot help me.
Now my wallet contained id, bank cards, cash and other valuable things.
What i don't understand is this, i was supposed to be protected while i was inside the store, and the way that this matter was dealt with... it was like nothing happend.
Can someone tell me what's going on?
Am i suppose to carry a gun while i'm doing shopping?
Am i suppose to take this matter in my hands as no one was cold about everything
