This is an email I sent Game Regional Manager and still no response!!! cant upload complete email due to character count.
I phoned Game Head office in Durban but just didn't get the answers I want.
Let me first give u an update, my sister was at your Game Promenade store in Mitchell's Plain and did a payment there in your TV section and when she did some shopping and got to the front of the store to pay her other goodies her wallet was gone. Thus meaning end of month her whole salary was gone she was beside herself and ask if security could please check footage and to her and my amazement you don't have any cameras in your store!!!
She has made a case and a detective is busy with it and we are not letting this go as is, because to work a whole month and this happens to you... And all you should've have was a darn camera in your store problem solved but NO... THEY DONT HAVE CAMERAS IN THEIR STORE!!!
