Wallet out of handbag and No PNP support

My family have been doing grocery shopping at PnP Hyper Boksburg for 30 years, we spend a lot of money at Pick n Pay on a regular basis. On Sunday 7/4/2013 my wallet was out of my handbag, which contained my ID, drivers licence, numerous gift gards and cash while doing my monthly grocery shopping. I allerted the Security, the guard said: "So what do you want me to do? ". She evenually called another guard who took me to the main entrance and a Supervisor/manager asked me what happened. He did not introduce himself, offered me any emotional support, not even water or a chair to sit. I was devistated and highly distraught. I had to ask repeatedly what is happening as they did not speak to me but only to other staff/security. They informed me that there is not enough cameras in the store and that I have to tell them where it happened! It seemed as if they just wanted to get rid of me. I completed a form which the second security guard took.
I would think that such a huge company will at least train staff to deal with incidents and provide its customers with emotional support and have a procedure to deal with such incidents.
