On saturday the 2nd of February I went shopping at Game The Glen and I had asked for assistance from a very rude lady by the name of Nomvula and she did not even take time to even look at me nor even bother to assist me. I was so fustrated and angry to see this.
Disappointed with the service I had recieved I decided that I will never set foot in another Game store for the rest of my life.
I then made my way to the tills where I was met with a friendly smile from a lady who said her name was Freda Nthimane Manaka, she was very friendly and asked how my day had been and I proceeded to tell her what had happened and she apologised on behalf of the store.
She was even willing to go the extra mile when she offered to find me someone who will assist me with locating the vacuum cleaner I was looking for initially.
I was very pleased with the way she handled things and she really made me feel at home. I wish everyone in the retail industry would learn from her how to treat a customer.
I hope the store realises how much of an asset she is and for that, I will be visiting a Game store again.
