I bought the Casanova 2.5 Div Ostrich Black couch on the 06th Marh 2013 at House and Home The Grove in Nelspruit. I was assisted by the Sales Lady named Thandi Zwane and she was very nice and friendly to me. The guys who delivered my couch, checked and talled me that the 2 legs were broken and they promised to bring me the other ones the next day. I waited for about two days and started calling the lady who helped me but she was home sick and so I phone directly to the store, they refered me to a guy who can help. I forgot his name but he said to me I must come to the store. I did exactly that, when I got to the store a guy with a Sotho surname assisted me, there was a couch similar to mine on display, he said that they will try and remove the legs from that couch and deliver them to me and take the broken once back. I have been waiting eversince, nobody is calling, nohing is happening. I am very upset and I will never ever set my foot in that store again.
