I received a phone call from Russells claiming that i took a loan at their branch in Vereeniging last year September 2012. I confirmed to Themba Zwane the gentlemen who called that i never set my foot at any Russells branch and never had a loan with them. I was requested to submitt the Copy of my ID; Affidavit;proof of residence and my bank statement at my nearest branch which is Boksburg. I did so but they kept on harrasing me claiming that i didn't submit the said documents, this time the person who called was Abramm. I then went back to Boksburg and fetch those documents and e mailed them to [Email Removed] To my suprise i keep on getting the sms claiming that i must settle my account. Which account as i've no account with these guys. This is harrassment and it has to stop.
