We purchased a couch from Rochester in June last year. We have NOT received any statements from the finance institution JD Group. We have escalated this numerous times and still we have not received anything. We have email proof from Sylvia Bereng stating:
Good day Mr. Perumal
Your address has been updated on the system on the 8th November.
My husband and I receive sms's stating payment is due. You'll can waste money sending out 2 sms's instead of sending your customer a statement. Why?
Why are we still not receving statements. We have no visibility into our account. If this matter is not dealt with immediately, we will be forced to escalate it to our lawyers.
