After more than 5 months chair still not received

I bought a dining room with chairs from Rochester. It was quite expensive. On 5 April 2013 they undertook to replace a chair that I received that had a chip when delivered. This is now 17 September 2013. They collected the chair months ago, but I do not receive any response from them. This is really not acceptable for someone who spend a lot of money with Rochester during the last year.
