Shocking service!!

I am in the home repair business and many of my clients buy appliances from Makro but when I go to collect the appliances there is always a problem This time they could not find the clients invoice and then the sales man (Xolani) tells me that the warehouse opens at 8am on a saturday!! So i plan my day accordingly and get to the warehouse at 7h55 to avoid any delay. to my absolute disgust the staff only arrived at 8h50 and by this time my whole day has gone to pot all the appointments i have made need to be changed and some clients cancelled so not only was i left angry and disgusted I also lost income and when i contacted the store to complain via their website (response in 24hrs) no response as yet and its been 3 days. In this economic climate i cannot afford to loose clients but it seems Makro can!!
