Item was charged twice on bill

My wife and me did shop at Makro Silver Lakes on Sunday 17 February. My card number is 04801020. Once at home I checked the till slip and noticed that the bale of simba chips assorted was charged twice but we only bought 1 bale of the assorted flavour. I did write and email through the Makro website - which up to date has not been responded too. In my email I also mentioned that the last two visits, when purchasing the boxes of 10 packets of soup, we only found 9 packets in these boxes, so obvious some people help themselves to these individual packets of soup. I am quite disqusted at the lack of customer service at Makro.
