I went on my lunch time to Pick N Pay to get myself something to eat, they had been running a promotion on food that included chips, the problem is that the chips had been packaged and had been standing quite a while on a table and was not fresh, all I requested was for the lady Moira (supervisor of the section) to replace the chips with a fresh portion she had denied my request and said I must take that chips as she will not change it, I asked for the manager and she sent me all the way to the office to get the manager, I was really impressed with manager heinrech as he sorted out the incident in a matter of seconds, customer service was exceptional as for Moira, she should be put on training to deal with customers as she literally argued with me which is unacceptable as my request was not unreasonable. Once again I'd like to compliment heinrech for his excellent assistance and understanding.
