Bought Defy deep freezer from Shop in Kliptown called KIT KAT.
Connected the fridge in the next morning as per instruction.
Motor went on. Transferred meat from "old" fridge to "new" one, only to discover that the meat went soft and subsequently bad. After 1 week.
KIT KAT wouldnt take fridge back and said that Defy will come fix on Tues 7 May 2013.
The technician that came out said it was the thermostat and did not even bring any spares.
Promised to come back on Thursday. I bouhgt a NEW fridge and in the 3rd week cannot use it.
Very unfair from BOTH KIT KAT and DEFY.
