My wife and i went to Game Tuesday [05/11/13] evening to check out fridges in the anticipation of purchasing.
A very courteous Mr Henry - and a Mrs Chetty attended to us.
After showing us around a Samsung side by side fridge caught my wife's eye. Henry gave us a professional 'tour' of the fridge informing us it was going on special and it included delivery. He went on to discuss the guarantee/warranty, the ice water and ice making facility and the plumbing that it subsequently needs. We were sold and made the purchase. On our way to the parking lot, Mrs chetty ran after us to give us the parking ticket which had fallen from my pocket. That was very sweet of her.
They delivered another Samsung fridge the next day... No Ice maker.
I spoke to Henry who informed me that someone had made a mistake and chose the wrong fridge as the one that was going on special. The bar code was for another fridge..yes no ice maker.
After explaining my position as the water and ice maker was the fridge he sold me on the floor, he got back to me a little later to inform me that Game will honour the sale and give me the fridge with the icemaker.
Henry you are a star... a real credit to your establishment
