I do not get any satisfactory treatment after numerous times of asking for time to pay the arrears. They then call me and threaten me. One woman called and shouted at me and told me that she is on her way to fetch my ipod. I was trying to explain that my bill will be paid in full by end of March as I am unemployed. My employer let me go because he cannot afford me at a full time basis anymore. My mother was unemployed and will only start working on 6 March 2013 again.
